Anh Dương: "sun ray". Vietnamese NGO set up by the Vietnam team of Mekong Plus. Anh Dương has taken over all programs of Mekong Plus in the Mekong delta. |

PTEA: inititially an association set up by local social workers to help the elderly in villages of Romeas Haek, a district next to Rumdoul (where Mekong Plus runs its own programs). PTEA has the goal to protect the village forests which are an important resource for income and for the environment. There is tension with influential people who regularly come to loot the forests. |

CFED: Cambodian farmers' economic development. This small local NGO runs integrated development programs in Svay Chrum, a district next to Rumdoul (where Mekong Plus runs its own programs). |
