It is hard enough to find an auditor willing to spend several days in the field and at a reasonable price. Each year, by rotation a different of our 5 areas of operations coordinates the audit for all and the auditors spend 4 days to check on the beneficiaries. Our 5 teams are all based in remote rural areas, in hard conditions and without technical support, most of them have limited computer skills. We also support 20 computer learning centers equipped with over 200 second hand computers. We are thus compelled to have a good supplier with outstanding service down to the field, including support by phone & Internet, and at reasonable price. He also provides training. - Minibus:
Transport is the black spot for all in Vietnam. Mr.Khoa (Saigon) has a 16-seater Mercedes, he is courteous and more careful than most. His prices are reasonable. +84(0)903 313 536. He speaks... very good Vietnamese!

NGO Resource Centre
For the national level but very much centered on Hà-Nôi. It is compulsory for international NGOs to register with PACCOM, and the NRC is close to it and a useful guide. It has a large deal of information on and for NGOs.
- NGO platform
It has been very difficult for the NGOs to meet in Saigon because of police restrictions, but it has become easier. The motivation of a few has allowed it to happen: quarterly thematic meetings, monthly lunches at Sésame, working groups. This is where one can share information and learn from each other.
- Restaurant Sésame:
Hospitality school for disadvantaged children. The first Friday of each month the Hochiminh City NGOs share lunch at 12pm. If you look for contacts, thus is the place! The bakery is one of the best in town!

- Your health
