 Vietnam-Quilts, Terre d'Oc Créations, the cashew cooperative of Dúc Phú, the waste recycling program which now sells compost... All these initiatives create healthy jobs and generate profits to cover part of our budget.
Vietnam-Quilts has been set up by Viêt Nam Plus: not only has it generated 170 full time quality
jobs, it also sends back healthy profits to finance the development
programs in the same villages. Since 2006 Terre d'Oc Créations
has become a supportive partner: it buys incense sticks, rattan, and
soon bamboo. Each time many jobs are created, where people work in
healthy conditions and earn twice their previous income. Profits earned
by Thiên Chí (our Vietnamese NGO partner) fund a substantial part of its yearly budget.
